Internal Pipe Coating System
Our Internal Pipe Coating System from Jaguar Surface Coating Equipments is designed to coat the interior of pipes efficiently and effectively by entering through a clean-out. This advanced equipment can easily slide through small diameter pipes, navigate 90-degree bends and offsets, and spray the pipe interior up to 250 feet per entrance with 100% polyurea coating.
Capable of applying coatings from 1-3mm thickness in a single pass, the system is NSF-61 approved, making it safe for potable drinking water applications. The polyurea coating offers exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance, along with high temperature and pressure tolerance. Unlike traditional repair methods that require extensive digging and weeks to complete, the polyurea coating sets and cures in just 10 seconds, drastically reducing downtime and cost.
